A specialty coffee aged in Macallan casks from Speyside. La Morena from Huehuetenango, a single origin Guatemalan coffee produced exclusively by women farmers, rested in the wood for ten days, drawing oak, dried fruit, and the deep sweetness Macallan is known for.
Oak and raisin. The cask does the work. Roasted to let the barrel speak.
This is whisky barrel coffee taken seriously. Espresso, moka, French press. Made to order in small batches.
No alcohol content. Made for gifting, for after-dinner moments, or for those afternoons when ordinary coffee won't do.
