A light roast blend of three origins: Rwanda Cyahinda, Ethiopia Gotiti G1, and El Salvador Finca Serbia. Natural, washed, and honey processed coffees working together for a cup built around brightness and clarity.
Honeysuckle and caramelised pineapple. Floral and tropical, with enough sweetness to hold the cup together. Roasted light to let the origins speak rather than the roaster.
This is filter coffee taken seriously. V60, Chemex, AeroPress, cafetière. Designed for slow brewing and clean extraction.
