WE ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE QUALITIES OF A COFFEE THAT DROVE US TO BUY IT IN THE FIRST PLACE: CLEANNESS, SWEETNESS, ACIDITY, COMPLEXITY. BUT, ABOVE ALL, WE ARE MORE INTERESTED IN THE HUMANS BEHIND COFFEE.

WHERE DOES OUR COFFEE COME FROM? IT COMES FROM OLD GENERATION FARMERS AND MILL-WORKERS MAINLY FROM EAST AFRICA AND SOME FROM CENTRAL-SOUTH AMERICA. AND THAT’S WHERE WE GO TO FIND IT, FORGING RELATIONSHIPS THAT ENSURE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OUR PRODUCERS, AND HIGH-QUALITY COFFEE FOR OUR ROASTERY IN GLASGOW.
